Padel Matching is a private game coordination service for a closed group of padel tennis players in Miami, Florida. A facilitation fee may apply to cover operational costs.

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes — ever.

When you submit the availability poll, we collect:

• Your name
• Your mobile phone number
• Your self-reported skill level
• Your availability preferences
• Your court location preferences

We also collect your replies to SMS messages sent by the system, including game confirmations, cancellations, and payment acknowledgments.

Your information is used solely to coordinate padel matches. Specifically:

• To send you SMS game invitations, confirmations, and reminders
• To match you with players of a compatible skill level
• To track attendance and responsiveness for queue prioritization
• To process post-game payment coordination via Zelle

Your phone number is never displayed publicly. Your name and skill level appear in aggregate availability results on the poll page, visible only to other members of the group.

By submitting the availability poll, you consent to receive SMS messages from Padel Matching related to game coordination. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP. After opting out, you will receive no further messages.

Message frequency varies based on game scheduling activity, typically 2–6 messages per week during active periods.

Your data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore, a secure cloud database hosted in the United States. Access is restricted to the system administrator only.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools on this site.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for commercial purposes. Your data is shared only with the following service providers strictly for operational purposes:

• Twilio — SMS delivery
• Google Firebase — data storage

Both providers maintain their own privacy and security standards. Your information is not used by these providers for any purpose beyond delivering this service.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at btw2palms@gmail.com. We will remove your record from the system within 7 days.
